When we started SecureVideo, we knew we needed to create a videoconferencing platform that is flexible, but intuitive and easy to use. However, we also knew that support would be an important resource to practitioners and patients with limited technical ability, especially when conducting sessions in home environments and on a wide variety of hardware, rapidly changing all the time.
